Weekend Update

2008-02-04 / 10:04 a.m.

Friday:
*Woke up in enough time to get on-line to make camping reservations for this summer.
*Cleared out our bedroom and started prepping it for painting. Patched the walls, primered and painted our bedroom.
*Dan had the day off, so he helped with moving the heavy stuff and keeping the girl entertained - big part of it and VERY helpful!
*Put the room back together.
*Babysat some of our friends kids for the night.

Saturday:
*Went to Disneyland

Sunday:
*Got my hair cut
*Super bowl party - ate way too much food and felt sick when got home.

It was a long and busy weekend. I am trying to get used to our new wall color in our room. I definately need to do some major accessorizing to pull the room together. I am also going to make some more pillows for our bed. When it is all pulled together, I'll post pictures on Flickr. Dan likes the new color because it is lighter and brighter than the blue we had before. We still haven't completely decided on a color for the living room, but that will have to wait until I get back from San Jose.

Speaking of which, I can't believe it is this weekend. I will need to get some laundry done so I can decide what I want to take with me. I'm looking forward to getting away and I think it should be really fun.
